Information we collect
Chat on our Text Us page. If you use the chat on towerhouseingalena.com/text-us/, you may provide your name, mobile phone number, and your message. You may also choose to opt in to text messages, described below.
Reservations and inquiries. Bookings and availability inquiries are processed by OwnerRez, our reservation software provider, through the booking form on our pages and at book.towerhouseingalena.com. OwnerRez collects the information needed to process the reservation, such as your name, email, phone number, address, payment details, party size, and dates. We do not store full payment card numbers. Any text-message option shown on the OwnerRez booking form relates to reservation and check-in messages sent through OwnerRez and is governed by OwnerRez's terms; it is separate from the text program described below.
Website analytics. We use Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, and Google Ads measurement to understand how visitors use the site and to measure advertising. These tools use cookies and similar technologies and may collect device, browser, and usage information. You can limit this through your browser settings or Google's ad settings.
How we use information
We use the information above to respond to your questions, process and manage reservations, send reservation and stay-related communications, operate and improve the website, measure advertising, and, where you have opted in, send promotional messages about Tower House in Galena.
Text messaging (SMS)
Through the chat on our Text Us page we offer two kinds of text messages, and each requires its own separate consent:
Customer care messages, such as replies to your inquiry, reservation coordination, and follow-ups about an existing request.
Promotional messages, such as seasonal offers, availability updates, and announcements.
Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of booking or purchase. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. You can stop at any time by replying STOP to any message, and you can reply HELP for assistance. Full program terms are in our SMS Terms.
No sharing of mobile opt-in data. Mobile phone numbers and text messaging opt-in consent are not shared with, sold to, or rented to third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Messages are delivered through our messaging platform provider (LeadConnector / HighLevel), which acts on our behalf solely to send and receive messages.
How we share information
We share information only with service providers that help us run the business: OwnerRez (reservations and payments), LeadConnector / HighLevel (chat, text messaging, and customer records), Google (analytics and advertising measurement), and email providers. These providers may use your information only to perform services for us. We may also disclose information when required by law or to protect our rights, guests, or property. We do not sell personal information, and we do not buy or sell leads.
Retention
We keep inquiry and reservation records for as long as needed to serve you, meet tax and legal obligations, and maintain business records, then delete or anonymize them.
Your choices
Reply STOP to end text messages. Use the unsubscribe link in any marketing email. To request access to, correction of, or deletion of your information, email puravidavacationrentals@yahoo.com. We will respond within a reasonable time and may need to verify your identity.
